The interview process can differ a lot based on the industry, company, and the specific job, but it usually follows a general structure. There's often a second round interview which usually has more detailed questions and could include meetings with senior staff or stakeholders. Sometimes it's a series of interviews on the same day. A separate round might focus on behavioral aspects, checking if your past behavior matches the company's culture and values. They might also contact your references to check your work history and get more details.

- Can you give me an introduction?

The interview has three parts. First, they want to see if you understand the case they sent in the email. Second, they will ask about your behavior and job-related experience. Lastly, they'll ask some personal questions and brain teasers.
- Could you share an example of your problem-solving skills from a past experience?

First, I had to do a personality and IQ test, which were pretty straightforward. The main interview was a mess. It was supposed to start at 1 PM, but they called me at 1:07 PM. Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Another person from the company called and I explained I was already on hold. She then basically yelled to someone else to see if they were supposed to be interviewing me. After more waiting, they said they needed to switch rooms and put me on hold again. The new room had a broken webcam, so I spent two hours interviewing without seeing anyone. The first panel of two people asked basic questions about the company and my experience, but they seemed skeptical about my resume. One interviewer had a thick accent and a bad mic, making it hard to understand them. This was followed by some brain teasers. The second panel didn't even know their webcam was broken, which just shows a lack of communication. This part was mostly technical, involving a 15-page case study. One person was nice, but the other seemed annoyed and condescending. The whole thing felt more like an interrogation than an interview, focused on whether I was smart enough rather than who I am. The company seems very disorganized with lots of delays, tech issues, and bad attitudes.
