Behavioral Technical

It was a straightforward and informative interview. It was very behavioral and not technical. They did ask about something that interested me in current news. I spoke to 3 different people, 2 from different teams and 1 from HR.

Behavioral

The interview process was straightforward, almost like an information session, and I received an offer immediately. They inquired about my background and education, and my availability. I expected a more rigorous process given the location in Manhattan.

Behavioral Presentation

I was called in from California for a final interview after some phone interviews. I spoke with the hiring manager for about 30-40 minutes, and they said I was a phenomenal candidate and would be getting an offer for the summer. Then, within five minutes of leaving, I was asked to come back to HQ. I met with the Senior Advisor, who gave me a verbal offer for that summer. I accepted, and they said I'd hear from HR soon. However, I never heard back from AXA. I emailed and called everyone I spoke with, and even sent handwritten notes, but I never received a response. It was a very confusing and disappointing experience. I ended up working at BlackRock and would advise others to avoid AXA.
