First, I had a chat with the hiring manager, which was about seeing if I'd be a good fit and also getting into some technical details. Then, I interviewed with a senior leader, and we discussed the company's overall direction and future vision. Lastly, there was an interview with a peer, where I was asked general questions to get a better sense of the day-to-day responsibilities.

I had a good interview experience at the AXA offices on 6th ave in New York for the business analyst position. The environment was very professional, and the interviewers were nice and down-to-earth. The interview started on time, lasted about an hour, and they allowed for follow-up questions. They made sure to listen to what I had to say.
