First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I went through 4 separate 30-minute video interviews, talking with 5 people in total. They were pretty quick about setting up the interviews, and the vibe was super chill, so I wasn't stressed out. There were some technical questions, but they weren't too tough if you've got the basics of life insurance/annuities down and know a concept from either P or FM. I got an offer just 2 days after the video interviews.

Behavioral Technical Case

I got the interview through a friend who works there. The first round was with HR, mainly covering my background, actuarial skills, exams, and projects. The second round was with the manager, where they asked technical questions and asked for specific examples of how I've used my actuarial skills. The final round was with a director, and they asked about ethics and the role of an actuary in companies. They also gave me a small case study, mostly about reserves.

It started with a recruiter call to set things up. Then, I had a video interview round with four associates that lasted two hours. That was the only interview round. I received a response within a month. The recruiter called to clarify internship details and was nice. They were a bit pushy though about accepting or declining, not giving much time to decide.
