It was pretty easy. They bring in college students. If you look neat and present yourself well, they'll like you. Talk about your ambitions. I suggest calling a local office and asking about intern or post-grad jobs directly. Don't wait for a job posting. While you're interning, look for jobs to apply for after the internship or after you graduate. They already know you, so you have a good shot at staying on compared to someone from outside.
