So you have to go through 3 stages, first a phone interview, then a webinar and after that you do an in-person interview. If you pass all that, you have to pass some tests to be an advisor. You need to pass the life and health exam, series 7 and series 66. You have to pay for these tests yourself upfront, but they'll reimburse you once you pass. After you pass, you start working in the office and begin to build up your clients.
