Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 phases for interviews, waiting about a week between communications for followup. The final phase interviewer seemed distracted (regularly looking at another screen) and asked very few questions, wanting me to fill the silence often. After that interview, a week went by until I was told they'd be choosing someone else. Then I was contacted a few weeks later saying they have another opening. It was scheduled for an interview later that week. 2 hours before that interview, I was emailed that the meeting was cancelled and "plans have changed" suddenly. It's already hard being in the job market, and being thrown around like this makes it worse.

It was a long and extensive process. First, a phone screening assessment which was an intelligence test with 4 parts: a personality test (165 questions), 40 picture quizzes, 100 multiple-choice questions with numbers, and 70 short answer questions. Then, an initial interview, followed by a secondary interview. After that, there was a work sample test, and then a third interview meeting two other team members. The fourth and final interview was meeting the head of HR. There was a lack of communication about when the next steps would occur or when decisions would be made, and I didn't feel a personal connection. Ultimately, I found and accepted another job before ever hearing back because of how I felt during the recruitment process. It was an entry-level position with entry-level pay. I was told I didn't get the role because the other candidate had more experience, though I would be shocked if someone with more experience accepted at the offered pay rate. I wish them the best as they would clearly be the better fit.

Behavioral Other

I spoke with HR first, and they were kind of rude, which didn't give me a good vibe about the company, but I told them about my background and why I'd be a good fit. They mentioned the hiring process could take 4-6 steps and last over 6 weeks. Next, I took an aptitude test that lasted more than an hour. Afterward, I got a generic rejection letter. I tried asking for feedback on why I wasn't chosen, but they never replied. It's frustrating to spend an hour on a test and not get any feedback when you ask for it.

Other Behavioral Presentation

I started by submitting my application which involved some Online Assessments that took about an hour. After that, there was a Phone interview with a recruiter or qualifier that lasted about 45 minutes. Then I had to do more online assessments. Following that, there was an interview over Skype with the CEO and someone from the sales department. Lastly, there was a Face to Face interview with three executives: the CEO, COO, and Dir of Sales.
