Account Manager
The process was very friendly and quick. I was confused about the position I was applying for, as I filled out for one role but ended up in something else. The recruiter did a very good job.
- What is your availability to start?
Account Manager
After an initial phone chat, I went through a panel interview. The team was professional and really seemed to care about what I was saying, asking good questions. Before that, I got a case study to prepare and present to the panel. I had enough time to get ready. The discussion about my presentation was a two-way street, pretty casual. It felt more like chatting with colleagues than an interview, not intimidating at all.
- Questions regarding the case study presentation.
Account Manager
It was a lengthy process that spanned several weeks. I had about 2 to 3 phone interviews, followed by a final in-person interview which was also conducted over the phone. I spoke with a variety of people, including the sales manager, my local sales manager, and even the national sales VP.
- Tell me about your career goals and aspirations.
- How do you see yourself fitting into this position?
