Account Manager
After an initial phone chat, I went through a panel interview. The team was professional and really seemed to care about what I was saying, asking good questions. Before that, I got a case study to prepare and present to the panel. I had enough time to get ready. The discussion about my presentation was a two-way street, pretty casual. It felt more like chatting with colleagues than an interview, not intimidating at all.

I first chatted with the recruiter, but they stood me up three times before we could connect. After finally talking, we scheduled a call with the hiring manager a couple days later. It felt like they were distracted and not really listening to me. Then, a few days after that, I was supposed to have an interview with the VP, but they also didn't show up.
