This was a really professional and thorough interview process. Each manager did a good job explaining what would be expected if I were hired. It's a pretty tough process and can be intimidating sometimes, but it's definitely designed to filter out candidates who aren't serious and move forward the go-getters. Lots of scenario-based questions, questions about relevant experience, and personal lifestyle questions throughout.

I went through three separate one-on-one interviews. I spoke with the Pure West Manager, the Pure East Manager, and the Sales Manager. They were all really nice, casual, and professional people. They asked me basic questions; nothing that felt intimidating.
