The recruiter was really professional from the start, and I got an email the day after applying to set up an interview. They seemed super interested in my background and wanted to know more about my skills. I think they have a great product and definitely the most high-end gyms in the US. Equinox is also getting into the hotel business soon. The company culture is awesome and it's a nice place to work. I'd recommend working for Equinox.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a phone chat with the recruiter, followed by an interview focusing on training to become a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. After that, I interviewed with two Regional Directors, and the process concluded with a final interview with the Regional VP. Each of these stages felt positive. Every interview lasted between 30 and 60 minutes. They were really interested in my background as an entrepreneur and whether I could manage bigger teams than I had before. Everyone asked detailed questions and was pretty friendly. But, even if you feel confident and get far, the final decision might not go your way, and sometimes it's not clear why you didn't get the job.
