The interview scheduling took about a week. First, there was an HR call to discuss my past technical background and projects. Then, about 3-4 days later, the HR set up a 3-hour technical interview via Google Meet with a panel. This included an intro with the Delivery Manager for about 30 minutes to go over company and team details and assess my fit. Following that, there was a 1-hour technical session with a QA Lead and Senior QA, focusing on Java, Selenium, databases, and API testing. Finally, there was a discussion with HR covering typical HR questions like career goals and interest in the company.
