I went through 4 interviews for this role, and they all seemed to go really well. One interviewer even mentioned I was significantly better than the other candidates. This was about 4 months ago, but I never heard back. I tried to follow up with the recruiter 3-4 weeks after my last interview, but she said some of the key decision-makers were out of office on vacation. That was the last communication I received. The communication throughout this process was really poor. At this point, I'm assuming I didn't get the job, which is probably for the best, as I'm not sure I'd want to work for a company with such ineffective communication. I hope they improve their process.

I applied online and got a call from HR within a week. They asked about my background, reasons for seeking a new role, and salary expectations. Then, I proceeded to a group interview with team members, where we discussed handling various situations, methodologies, budgets, team management, and motivation. After that, I met with the hiring manager who focused solely on my attitude through behavioral questions. Interestingly, the hiring manager suggested a different, unadvertised role that aligned with my interests, showcasing great transparency. Finally, I interviewed with the business team (stakeholders) before receiving the offer.

The hiring and interview process used by Equifax, Inc. was as expected for a company of this size. Standard questions related to resume and experience were asked by the HR recruiter, hiring manager, and onsite by various team members.
