I sent in my application online, and about two weeks after that, I had a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. It was a two-way street, where they got to know me, and I learned more about the role. Fast forward about three weeks, and I had a phone interview with two team members. This interview focused more on behavioral questions, which are common in most interviews. Then, about two weeks after that, I came in for an in-person interview. Two days after the in-person, I got a verbal offer.

Had a quick phone interview where they asked basic stuff about me, my experience, and explained the job. Then had a pretty long in-person interview with many of the same questions from the phone call, but also more. No technical questions, but they went into more detail about the job responsibilities. The interviewers seemed kind of new to this since it was a new intern program for them. They said the process would wrap up in a week, but it took 4 weeks to hear back. I emailed for an update and didn't get a response.
