First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Equifax.
Atendente
The interview process was disorganized. The interviewer didn't even know my name, it felt like they picked a resume at random and conducted the interview. They seemed very unprepared. Despite that, it went well and lasted about 40 minutes.
- How old are you?
- What is your educational background?
- Who do you live with?
Customer Service Representative
Their hiring process is quite thorough, especially the background check and drug screening. They're pretty laid back about having everything finalized before you start training though. If some paperwork is missing, they'll just pull you out of training for a few minutes to sort it out. Be ready to explain any issues that come up on your background check.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- We'd like you to do a mock phone call where a customer calls in with a problem.
Customer Service Representative
This was an online-only interview process. After applying online, I had a phone interview and then was sequentially offered the position. There was no in-person interview. The process was pretty streamlined and straightforward.
- Can you describe your previous role?
