The interview started late, with the interviewer joining 30 minutes after the scheduled time. They had to reschedule the interview. During the rescheduled interview, the interviewer seemed disengaged, as I could hear them involved in other activities while I was explaining scenario-based solutions. They also spoke with other people in their native language and paid little attention to me. It was a bad interview experience and a waste of time. It's important to choose interview panels wisely to avoid negative reviews that can harm the company's reputation.

There were 5 discussions, all over the phone. The first was an intro, with some general questions. The second was a technical round where they discussed my projects and work, with a few SAS questions. The third was also technical, similar to the second but with more in-depth questions about projects, performance, and benefits. The fourth was more of a discussion with a VP about general business outlooks. Finally, I spoke with HR, who was very cold and discussed compensation, which I declined. No email offer was sent, and I didn't get any more calls.
