Started with some informal coffee chats. Then had a full-day Superday which involved a lot of cases, mostly focused on commercial/business sense and valuation skills. After that, there were partner meetings, followed by a logical test and a personality test.

The interview with HR was professional and pleasant. The interview with the team managers was less positive because they both seemed to lack the seniority expected from interviewers. However, the overall process was coherent and well-organized.

The hiring process was really quick, with about four interview rounds, including panel interviews. They really wanted to see if I understood the PE world generally, and also me as an individual. The main thing they were looking for was to see if I would be a good culture fit at EQT.
