The interview process took longer than I expected, and it took a while for the team to get back to me about the next steps. I had to meet with several members of the team. The interviewing styles were varied, so I had to be prepared for anything they might ask.

I think there were multiple interview rounds, but I only completed the first one. The interviewer was really professional and had a lot of experience at JPM. We chatted a bit beforehand, but during the interview, she was pretty serious.

I had an initial meeting with a partner. They asked about my resume and past work. Then, they went into more detail about regulations and my startup experience. It was a really fast-paced chat, and they told me the role is a 12-month contract that might become permanent.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really long interview process, at least 4 interviews. It started with HR, then I had an interview with the manager, followed by an interview with a director. Then there were some pair interviews, and the next planned interview was a technical test. The final interview was scheduled with the managing director. Everything was in person. It didn't end up being conclusive, and it was just way too much to handle when you're already trying to manage your current job.
