Epos Now Sales Specialist Interview Questions
& Process

I sent in my application via the internet through a referral. Ryan from the talent team reached out and we scheduled a phone chat. We talked about the job, my CV, and what I know about the company. It was a quick 5-10 minute call. Ryan then said he'd set up an interview with a manager. I had an interview with a manager who was super passionate about the product and their job. After that, I was invited back to meet with Chris Fox. A few days later, Ryan called me with an offer.

I got an interview through a referral. First, I had a phone call from Ryan, asking for a quick summary of my relevant experience and what made me interested in Epos Now. After a quick chat, I was invited to an interview a week later. I was interviewed by Danny, who made me feel very relaxed. After showing me around, we had a chat covering my experience and what the job role entails. As part of the preparations, I had to download and test the Epos Now software. Then, I was asked to pick my three top benefits of the software, and also record a video sales pitch giving me 1 1/2 minute to sell myself. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and invited to stay around to meet the sales team I've been assigned to.

This role required Spanish language skills, but they didn't really test it during the interviews. It's important to note that how you perform in Spanish might be different from how you do in English, and they didn't seem to account for that.
