Project Engineer
The interview process involved two technical rounds, a managerial round, and an HR round. The first technical round took place in early February 2023, and the entire interview process spanned two months. The HR portion alone lasted over a month. A significant issue was that the final offer was very close to my current salary, despite me clearly stating my expectation for a 30% increase based on market standards from the start. The HR representative was quite unresponsive during the interview stages; after a brief 10-minute call, all communication was through a consultancy. It would have been better for the company's HR to be more directly involved after the selection. When I asked for a reconsideration of the offer due to its proximity to my current salary, the HR person advised that the learning opportunity offered couldn't be measured monetarily. I questioned whether the experience and knowledge I bring to the organization are not valued appropriately. Ultimately, I felt the offer was intentionally low, perhaps because they didn't have a pressing need or for some other reason.

The interview process included a recruiter call where I was asked questions like tell me about yourself, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, why do you want this job, where would you like to be in your career five years from now, what's your ideal company, what attracted you to this company, and why should we hire you. Additionally, there were questions a, b, c, and d.
