I had 3 video interviews, each lasting an hour, spread across different days. The first one was with the team manager, and it was a friendly, personal chat. The second interview was with the VP, and it was packed with very technical and challenging questions. The third interview was with a team member, and it was a light conversation. A week after the three interviews, I emailed the recruitment manager, but I was informed the VP was on vacation and I never heard back. It was a really bad experience.

The application process was pretty straightforward and handled by the recruiter, and then most of the interviews were conducted over Teams. Everyone I met with was really great and happy to answer any questions I had. I met with the different teams involved in the role, and we chatted about what the job entails, what they expect, my past experience, and how the onboarding works.

their HR is quite disorganized, their job postings are inaccurate and stated the wrong location/salary range. they also will send you a confirmation email of your interview with a different time than the meeting invite. they clearly don't have high expectations from their HR but they definitely do in other departments. the interviewer was nice but it was strange how much experience they were asking for despite telling me that other teams would be handling areas where i am not so experienced in. they decided not to proceed with me and i was confused as to how i didn't have enough experience when i wouldn't be doing that kind of work anyways?? i'm glad overall to steer clear of this company since this makes no sense, this was for an e-discovery role, their HR is located in the UK so prepare to accomodate a huge time difference if you are in canada

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They asked me random technical questions about relativity, like what is a field tree.
  • They also asked how you feel about working overtime.
