It might not be the most pleasant place to find work unless you're way overqualified. If they advertise a job needing 2 years of experience, they're actually looking for someone with 20+ years of experience, a law degree, and a license. The best strategy if you're still keen on working here is to go through the temp agency they use and show what you can do in a more junior or entry-level role.

So, my interview at Epiq wasn't through a normal application, a referral got me straight into talks. HR/Recruiting never reached out at all, and the management team seemed unsure how to run the interviews. I had 5 interviews over 2 days. I never heard back from Epiq after, even though things seemed to be going well during the interviews. It's fine if they went with someone else, but when you spend hours talking to someone, not even a quick message to say a decision was made is pretty telling about their culture.

I got the job through a recruiter. I went to the company office for an interview and met three people. I didn't meet my manager or anyone else who does the job I was interviewing for. My advice is to ask to meet your potential boss before you accept the job. Also ask to see where you would work and meet the people you would be working with.
