Project Coordinator
I had a recruiter call and a technical screen. The recruiter and hiring manager were nice, but the panel was super rude, never showing their faces on camera. There were long silences, and even after saying hello, it was awkward. I hope it wasn't my skin color. I'm glad I didn't get the job because I didn't deserve that mistreatment. It's the first time I've ever wished I didn't get an opportunity.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Project Coordinator
I applied through a staffing agency and had an interview pretty much right away for the next day. I went in and talked to a project manager. It was a very direct interview, mostly behavioral questions. They mentioned that there's high turnover and the work can be pretty boring. I decided not to move forward because I didn't think it was a good fit for my skills.
- Which animal would you choose to be?
Project Coordinator
It was a pretty standard interview process. They started with a panel interview, which is pretty typical before you talk to someone more senior, like a director. The questions were mostly about typical interview stuff like managing your time, being detail-oriented, and teamwork skills.
- How would you manage your time when dealing with multiple projects that have overlapping deadlines?
