The interview process began with a phone interview and then an online assessment. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. We were given a tour of the campus and had various interviews throughout the day. Many of the other candidates seemed to be recent college graduates.

Behavioral Case Presentation

After submitting my resume, I heard back from HR to set up an interview. The interview process spanned the entire day. I met with several members of the team, where we discussed their roles and daily tasks. This was followed by a brief 10-minute case interview, which didn't go as planned but the interviewer was very understanding. Lastly, I had a 10-minute presentation to deliver on a topic of my choice, which I had prepared beforehand. The atmosphere throughout was very relaxed and friendly.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and it was a very quick process. I got an email from the recruiter suggesting I apply for the Project Manager role instead of the Events Coordinator. I then had a phone interview, followed by a diagnostic test. The test was quite difficult, and as I'm not particularly analytical, the outcome was expected. I was subsequently removed from the interview process. In hindsight, the job was clearly not a good fit for me, and I appreciate their thorough screening process for making that clear to everyone involved.
