The interview process felt like a school exam. It wasn't overly difficult, but it wasn't straightforward either. I managed to answer most of the questions, and after that, there were no further opportunities. Essentially, you should prepare for fundamental questions beforehand.

The interview process was pretty standard, and the interviewers were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, but I ended up declining the offer because I like my current job. I hope they find another great manager. The experience was very impressive, I liked it.

About two weeks after I applied online, I got an email from HR about scheduling phone interviews and assessments. I sent my availability, and two days later, got another email with the interview time and a link to take the Rembrandt personality assessment. It asked typical questions about job fit. The phone interview was with someone from the team I'd be working with. They were nice and talked about the job and work environment, but seemed to over-hype everything, saying it was the best place they'd ever worked. I had already set up my assessment tests for the next day. The next evening, I used a remote proctor service (Proctor U) to take the tests. It was a bit strange having someone watch me through the webcam the whole time, but I got used to it. They said to allow 2-3 hours, but I finished all 6 tests in under 2 hours, focusing on speed and accuracy. I can't share details about the tests because I signed an agreement, but I suggest being well-rested and eating protein beforehand. A week later, I got an email saying they were moving on to other candidates. I felt like they thought I had too much experience and didn't fit their demographic profile. I was bummed because I wanted to see their offices, but it wasn't meant to be.

Applied via university site, got an email from HR about a week later. Talked with HR, then took a skills test that seemed easy. Had a phone interview with a Software Developer; we talked about a project I did and the internship, it wasn't too technical. Then I went to Madison for a tour and more interviews. We did a presentation of software they've built with a group. After that, I had 2 more interviews: one with a software developer about a project I worked on, and an HR interview. Both felt like casual chats. It ended with lunch and a campus tour. They said they'd filled their last spot and couldn't hire me but suggested I apply for a full-time position after graduation. Seems like a good place to work.
