Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, you send in your application with your resume, cover letter, and portfolio. Then, they check if you meet the basics. If you do, you might get a call or video chat to talk more about your qualifications and if you're interested. Next, there might be interviews, maybe with tests or in person, to see your skills and how you'd fit in. If you get to the end, you could talk with leaders to see how you fit with the company overall. If you make it through and they pick you, you'll get a job offer with all the details. You can then try to negotiate before accepting, and after that, you'll get onboarded.
