Software Engineer
I met them at a career fair and gave them my resume. Even though I didn't apply, I got an email to interview. The first part was a presentation, where everyone had to give a ten minute talk on something they chose. It was kind of like a group thing, and we all watched each other's presentations. After that, I had one-on-one chats with the recruiters.
