& Process

The entire process took over 3 weeks. After a lot of back and forth emails with the recruiter, the telephonic round was finally set up. The first round, lasting about 45 minutes, focused on my overall experience and past assignments, particularly core Java and multithreading since that was my main area of work. The second round involved more in-depth core Java and multithreading questions, along with some puzzles and logical reasoning. The third round was a Skype call with the director, where we discussed my work experience and skill set, but the interview concluded very quickly, in just about 8 minutes. After waiting a week, I contacted HR for feedback. They informed me that I didn't have the required skill set for the position and couldn't meet my salary expectations. It was confusing since my profile was initially selected and I went through three interview rounds.

Applied through a friend's reference and got a call the next day. Visited the office the day after for two in-person rounds. The following day, had a technical interview with someone in the US. Received an offer letter via email the day after that. The interview process was quite relaxed.

It took three rounds to qualify it. First time, I was nervous but sir relaxed me and then I became more confident. First round was all about data structures. Second one was about my aptitude and programming language. Third one was a simple HR round.
