Consultant
The hiring manager reached out to me because of a previous application. I was then rushed through a very strange process with one step after another. The recruiter was aggressive about it. There were 3 interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and one with two people on the team. The interview with the two team members was the weirdest. I thought it would be informal to see if we'd bond, but it was a full panel interview with generic questions. It was harder than the interview with the manager. These people were junior to the role. They were a bit snobby and showed biases. After the last step, I haven't heard anything for weeks. This is unprofessional behavior.

Applications Solutions Engineer
There were four rounds in total, starting with an HR screen, followed by a test, then an interview with the manager, and finally an on-site interview. However, between the second and third round, I unexpectedly received an email stating I was no longer being considered, even though I had previously received an email confirming I was selected for the third round. Nobody responded to the confusing emails, and I felt it was very disrespectful. The recruiting team doesn't seem to value basic courtesy.

Software Engineer
The entire process took over 3 weeks. After a lot of back and forth emails with the recruiter, the telephonic round was finally set up. The first round, lasting about 45 minutes, focused on my overall experience and past assignments, particularly core Java and multithreading since that was my main area of work. The second round involved more in-depth core Java and multithreading questions, along with some puzzles and logical reasoning. The third round was a Skype call with the director, where we discussed my work experience and skill set, but the interview concluded very quickly, in just about 8 minutes. After waiting a week, I contacted HR for feedback. They informed me that I didn't have the required skill set for the position and couldn't meet my salary expectations. It was confusing since my profile was initially selected and I went through three interview rounds.

Senior Software Engineer
Applied through a friend's reference and got a call the next day. Visited the office the day after for two in-person rounds. The following day, had a technical interview with someone in the US. Received an offer letter via email the day after that. The interview process was quite relaxed.
