I got picked for an interview after talking to recruiters at a career fair at the University of Houston. Then, they invited me for an onsite interview, which happened within two weeks. The onsite had two interviews that lasted 90 minutes total: one was technical, and the other was behavioral. I felt I did well in both, and they seemed happy with my performance. After the interviews, the IT director spoke with me about a contract position. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it's been over three months, and I haven't received any updates even though I've followed up.

I learned about this company at a university career fair. I stopped by their booth and gave them my resume. Later, I had an on-campus interview that was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my previous work experience and how my classes were going. The interviewers were really friendly.
