I got contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen a few days after I sent in my resume. We scheduled a call for a few days later. She was really nice and easy to chat with, and she invited me for an interview at the end of the call. I interviewed about a week after the phone screen. When I got there, my recruiter greeted me. She gave me a tour of the office and we chatted. I then went into a conference room and waited a few minutes for my first interviewer. The first interview went great, and I felt like we really connected. The second interview didn't go as well as the first one, but I still felt like I did pretty well overall. Two days later, I got a call saying they wanted to offer me the job!

Applied online and got contacted the next day. Had a phone interview later that week. After the phone screening, I was invited to the office to meet HR and a manager. Everyone was really nice and excited about VISANOW. About a week later, I spoke with the CFO by phone, and got a job offer the following day.

A referral led to an initial recruiter call where we discussed my background and the role. The recruiter then scheduled an in-person interview. Upon arrival, I was given a tour and then met with the recruiter again. I was supposed to meet two managers, but one was unavailable. I spoke with the first manager for about 10 minutes, where she mainly talked about her team and management style. I briefly mentioned my current role and asked about the company and position, but no behavioral questions were asked about me. The manager then went to get the second manager, but both became unavailable due to a meeting. The entire interview lasted about 15 minutes. I followed up with the recruiter the next day, mentioning I didn't meet with the managers. The company later emailed, stating they were moving forward with other candidates. My request for feedback was met with a generic response, which I found unprofessional given the experience.
