Applying was pretty easy overall. I applied through the Envoy website and got an email the next day for an interview. It was my choice whether I wanted to come in at 9 am or 1 pm, and I chose 9 am. The whole process took about 3 hours, including the interview, fingerprinting, and paperwork. Just be prepared with the required documents and dress business casual, like usual. Feel free to ask any questions you have; they don't mind!

The interview process was pretty chill. Two managers interviewed us in groups. One manager took a group of six, and the other took a group of four. They had to do this twice 'cause there were so many of us. In the interview, she asked us why we wanted the job and to give one word to describe ourselves. Then she called us into another room and offered us the job.

The interview was a group setting, focused on customer service. Since I applied for a bilingual role, they asked questions in Spanish, and I had to answer in English, and vice versa. They also asked about and preferred prior experience working at the airport.
