& Process

The process was pretty straightforward. They start with a big presentation covering all the essential information. Training is set for the following month after the interview. Then, there's a group interview with 5-6 candidates. Each person gets asked 2-3 general questions about customer service experience, company values, or knowledge. Afterward, they call out candidates individually to 'commute' back (meaning they weren't selected). Anyone remaining after everyone else has been seen gets a Conditional Job Offer (CJO). Fingerprinting and drug testing happen right away. The hiring manager mentioned that if you know you won't pass the drug test, it's best to step down now and reapply later when you're clean. Refusing the test after it's administered counts as a failed test and prevents you from applying to any airline. Good luck!

I did a face-to-face interview with Envoy in December 2025! My overall experience was amazing!!! The interview process/day is long! so be prepared. Make sure you read the email and bring all the documents you have so that isn’t an issue!! Particularly for the interview, from what I noticed you introduce yourself and depending on your interviewer they ask a certain icebreaker (best food spot to visit where you are from & tell me something that’s not on your resume). After intros they only ask 2 general customer service questions which if you practice you WILL BE OKAY! you get to choose a number 1-10 which determines your number and order you go to answer, it was usually a group of 4 or 5. you do have to read a short in-flight announcement; I stumbled on a few of my words so don’t worry just speak with confidence n loudly because there are other group interviews going on. They provide lunch which was really good! && All the staff are so sweet and FUNNY!! I thankfully received my CJO at the end of the interview but if you go home early before doing drug test/fingerprints i don’t believe you got it :( GOOD LUCK & don’t stress!

They will fly you out to their head quarters in Irving TX, pay for your hotel, the shuttle will pick you up from hotel at 0620 (don't be late) they will feed you an awesome breakfast while showing you a presentation of their company. Afterwards they bring interviewees down in groups of 3 to do individual interviews. The interview currently consists of 30-40 technical questions and 5 HR questions. Know Jepp plates and have strong IFR proficiency, and be the best version of yourself. It's part technical test and part personality test. They probably won't hire you if you miss 3 or more questions or if they wouldn't want to be in a plane with you for 4-5 days.

We started by socializing with other applicants, then they brought us in groups for paperwork and to do a height and jumpseat test. I passed that. Next, we went to a conference room with papers asking about willingness to relocate and dress code. On the next page, we had to write about a time we experienced outstanding customer service. After turning that in, there was an hour-long presentation where we took notes. Then a short break and a 15-minute lunch with cookies, chips, and sandwiches. Afterward, 5 of us were chosen for a group interview, which was a bit loud because another group was interviewing next to us. We started with an icebreaker asking for our age, where we're from, and a fun fact. Then we picked numbers to determine our questions. Questions were asked based on seating order, but they reversed the order for the second question. Finally, we had to read a short flight announcement. Back in the conference room, we were told if we were good to go, but if they didn't give us a CJO in person, we didn't get the job. All offers come with paperwork and a drug test.
