Senior Consultant
After meeting a recruiter at a college career fair, the interview process for this Senior Associate Consultant role took about 3-4 weeks. It was a pretty easy and smooth process, involving 2 behavioral interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the second was with a director. I received an offer after 2 weeks.
- Can you explain an engineering concept to someone with no prior knowledge?
- Tell me about your previous professional experiences.
Consultant
I applied online and got a recruiter phone screen. It went well. About a week later, I had a phone interview with two other people. Both interviews felt more like conversations and ran long. After that, I never heard back, which was confusing since they were higher-ups. I sent three emails over six weeks, but got no response. It felt unprofessional to have me talk to directors and then not even say we're not interested.
- Can you tell me about your experience with supply chain consulting functions?
Consultant
It was pretty chill, the interviewers were easy to talk to. The behavioral interview was a bit scripted, but overall the questions weren't too difficult. Just make sure you can talk about all your achievements, and you should be fine.
- What makes you want to work for our company and what drives you?
