Analyst
Had a super weird initial call with the recruiter. He drilled down on specific benefits and pay details from my last job, even asking about health insurance costs. My gut told me he wasn't really trying to find a good candidate, maybe fishing for something else. I emailed them after but never heard back.

QA Analyst
It was a 2 round interview process. The first round was a 1-hour Teams interview with 3 technical leads where they asked questions based on my resume. The second round was with the VP, and they asked behavioral questions.

It started off great, but the interview experience with enVista was disappointing. A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for a phone call about the job. We had a really positive hour-long chat. He told me to apply and to follow up the next week if I didn't hear back about setting up another interview, so I did. My emails weren't returned, so I sent another after another week. Finally, I messaged him on LinkedIn for an update, and he said both my emails went to spam (I use basic Gmail) and that the hiring managers were busy with other urgent issues and had no news. I emailed again a few weeks later with no reply, and then got an automated email saying they hired someone else. Companies usually treat you best during the interview process, and I was let down by how enVista's recruiter handled things.
- What salary are you expecting?
Consultant
I applied online and got a recruiter phone screen. It went well. About a week later, I had a phone interview with two other people. Both interviews felt more like conversations and ran long. After that, I never heard back, which was confusing since they were higher-ups. I sent three emails over six weeks, but got no response. It felt unprofessional to have me talk to directors and then not even say we're not interested.
- Can you tell me about your experience with supply chain consulting functions?
