It was a group interview, pretty easy and straightforward. We joined a Zoom call where they asked us all some questions and gave us an overview of the company and what to expect. Candidates who were engaged and gave strong answers really stood out. You could easily tell who was genuinely interested versus just casually looking. My advice is to ignore everyone else and just be yourself! They're looking for reps with personality and skills!

I had a video interview with HR/recruiter that lasted about 30-40 minutes. It was a bit unusual because it was really icy outside, so my interviewer was working from home. I was a little surprised by this since I didn't realize she wouldn't be in the office. It made me a bit skeptical, as I still find it hard to believe they're hiring 6 new salespeople at once.

We had a good back and forth during the interview. It was a video conference, and I interviewed twice. They asked me a few questions, and it lasted about thirty minutes. The questions weren't too difficult; they mostly asked about my work and sales background.
