Started with an initial Cocubes aptitude test, then a machine test. Followed by one technical interview, one manager interview, and finally an HR interview. All these rounds were about 30-60 minutes each. Really happy with how the HR organized everything so quickly and easily without any follow-up. All these rounds were done within two weeks and offer letters were released. Really happy about the interview process at Envestnet Trivandrum. Looking forward to join soon!

Technical Behavioral Coding Presentation

The recruiter was super overconfident and bragged a lot about Envestnet, which was pretty off-putting. I decided to give it a chance though. The initial phone screen was actually easy and nice, making me think I was wrong to doubt. But the in-person interview was basically an ambush with a panel of six people. No heads up, just thrown into a room with them. They took turns asking questions, but it felt like all six were waiting for my answers. They handed me a marker and a whiteboard and just said 'go'. It started basic, then they hit me with unformatted questions that just made me ask more questions to figure out what they even wanted. Everything was open-ended, and they never clarified what they needed me to do.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a wild ride, seriously. Had a phone interview first, then they flew me out to their Colorado office for an in-person interview. It went pretty well, mostly just standard behavioral questions. They hit me with the classic 'we'll be in touch either way' line. I followed up with emails to the recruiter and the team members, but yeah, crickets.
