The interview process was smooth and generally good. However, I felt the recruiter phone screen was unnecessary. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable about the company but lacked specific knowledge about the role's responsibilities.

Talked to HR in March, but it took a month to schedule my interview. They said I'd hear back in three weeks, which didn't happen. Then in May, HR called and said they'd have a decision by May 31st, but again, no decision (or at least I didn't know about it). After that, I was told they'd have a decision by June 7th. Still no decision made, or at least I didn't hear about it. I've emailed HR twice and haven't gotten a reply. I wouldn't recommend this company.
