First, I had a phone interview where we talked about my experience and went over the job description and duties. After that, I had a more in-depth interview with the program manager. This interview focused more on my experience with QAQC and the team design process. We also went over my past experience in design and project management.

The whole thing took about a week. A recruiter contacted me. She was super nice and told me a lot about the job and the team. She was really upfront about how the hiring process worked and asked some general questions. She explained what the job would be like day-to-day and also about hiring and starting. I followed up a week later, and she responded quickly, saying the job was on hold but she'd let me know when it was back on.

I applied online, and the whole thing took about a week. A recruiter was supposed to call me for a screening to chat about my background and experience. But, on the day of the call, the recruiter cancelled it just 10 minutes beforehand. They said interviews were on hold and they'd get back to me when the role was active again. Honestly, given this kind of unprofessional hiring process and bad management, I can see why the company gets such bad reviews.

Talked to HR in March, but it took a month to schedule my interview. They said I'd hear back in three weeks, which didn't happen. Then in May, HR called and said they'd have a decision by May 31st, but again, no decision (or at least I didn't know about it). After that, I was told they'd have a decision by June 7th. Still no decision made, or at least I didn't hear about it. I've emailed HR twice and haven't gotten a reply. I wouldn't recommend this company.
