Software Engineer
Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for a phone chat about the job. After that, I had a talk with the hiring manager, and then went for an onsite interview at Shopee's office in MN. The onsite part involved coding on a whiteboard, talking with HR and the hiring manager, and a session to see how I'd work with other teams. The recruiter kept me in the loop and gave good advice, making it easy to get ready. The interviewers were really good and knew their stuff.

Cleaner
We had a group interview outside Starbucks, they asked everyone one question and said they'd text us about the next steps. It felt like they were just checking if we speak English or are on drugs, not a real interview. They say integrity and dependability are their motto, but the hiring manager missed my second interview and never followed up to reschedule LOL.
- How do you deal with disagreements with a coworker?
HR Operations Specialist
Applied online and got a response for an interview. The whole process was quick and smooth, and everyone I interacted with was really nice and friendly. I went through 3 interviews, but then I was ghosted and never heard back. I tried reaching out for feedback about a week or two after the last interview, but got no response. About a month later, I saw the same job posted again with a different title and description. The job post was still active 3 months later, so I withdrew my application. I was completely ghosted as a rejection. I don't think I did my best in the final interview, but any response would have been better than silence, especially since I interviewed and was flexible with rescheduling.
- Can you introduce yourself and describe who you are?
Sales Development Representative
I had an initial call with the SDR manager, then a second call with the Account Executive Team Leader. The final interview was supposed to be with the Head of Sales, but I never got to that stage because the recruiter was terrible with communication. They never gave me any feedback and I had to chase them twice. When they finally responded, they gave me some vague, nonsensical reason about me being a better fit for other roles, but then said there weren't any such roles available. Honestly, the whole recruitment process was exceptionally poor.
- Can you describe your method for identifying and approaching new potential clients?
