Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enterprise Products.
Accountant
I ran into them at a career fair and they told me to apply online using my uni’s website. I had an on-campus interview and then heard back after like 2 weeks. The interview was pretty chill, just behavioral questions and they wanted me to answer using the STAR method.
- Describe a situation where you collaborated with a team.
Accountant
The interview process lasted about two hours. It's a good idea to practice your answers the night before because you can't just wing this interview. They ask several questions that require detailed answers and examples from specific scenarios. The interviewers try to make you comfortable at the start because they know it's a nerve-wracking situation, which is a nice touch.
- Can you share an instance where you achieved something significant at work?
Accountant
The interview process was long. The interviewer was late and wouldn't tell me about salary expectations, but they asked me what mine were and couldn't give me a clear answer. The interview was scheduled to be in person full time, which is unusual these days.
- How do you collaborate with team members?
