Events Manager
After submitting my application and cover letter, I was emailed by the in-house recruiter to set up an initial 30-minute chat. This call covered my background and experience to see if it fit what they were looking for. They told me that if I moved on, I'd get an assignment simulating daily tasks with a 48-hour deadline. The assignment was pretty good for testing skills, and while the time was fair, it was tough to finish everything and double-check it.
- Which company value resonates most with you?
Registration Support
My resume was initially overlooked, but I was later contacted for an interview. I went through two rounds of interviews. The conversations mainly focused on the company's operations rather than my background and experience. The interviewers were pleasant, but the overall experience felt a bit off.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Director
The interview process was really smooth. I felt pretty good talking with the managers, and they were good at communicating. After finishing up 3 rounds of interviews, they made me a job offer which I accepted.
- What is your level of expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce?
Project Manager
First you talk to a recruiter, then you talk to a director. If that goes well, you fill out a short questionnaire, and if they like your answers, you then go to a final interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
