It was one interview with three people. They started by asking me to talk about myself, then moved on to four other behavioral questions, including one about teamwork. After that, there was a technical question about transmission lines.

I found the CSOC Analyst Summer Intern job online and then the Supervisor reached out to me via email for an interview. There were two interviews: one was a one-on-one, and the other was a group interview with about 4 people. The first interview was more behavioral, and the second interview was more technical. The technical questions were not that hard. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks. I got the offer not too long after the interviews.

It was an easygoing process, and I enjoyed it. I interviewed for an automation internship at their Hammond office. It involved behavior-based questions. There was one call and one in-person interview, and I got the job. I also interviewed and got a full-time position at the corporate office in New Orleans. The questions were similar, and it was also easygoing.
