Financial Analyst
After applying online, an HR person contacted me in under two weeks to set up a Zoom interview. It was a panel interview with potential teammates. They asked standard questions.
- What is your motivation for leaving your current job?
Financial Analyst
It was 2 quick rounds total. First, a phone call with two Sr Managers. Then, a follow-up interview with the hiring Sr manager. Make sure to be proactive and ask them questions.
- Regarding Excel, what's your experience level and can you give specific examples?
Financial Analyst
I applied online and then got an email from the hiring manager about a week later to set up a phone interview. About a week after that, they invited me to come in for an in-person interview. Around this time, I looked into the company benefits and realized their vacation policy is pretty bad - only two weeks to start and it takes 15 years to get to four weeks.
- Are you prepared to discuss the finance topics mentioned on your resume?
- What are your thoughts on our company's benefits, specifically the vacation time?
