The interview process had multiple stages: a phone screen, a take-home written test, and then video interviews with a few employees. It honestly felt like a way for them to generate leads. Other interview reviews I've seen suggest the company extracts information from prospects. For instance, the take-home test asked for LinkedIn connections I'd target for selling Entelo. In the final video interview, a team member grilled me on why I chose those contacts and who they were. It seemed like they were using me to vet contacts, and they barely even looked at my test, which was disappointing. The company's employee reviews seem great, and the people I spoke with were mostly fine. Looking back, though, I'd be cautious about them using the interview process to build their contact list.

It was a phone screen then an on-site, with 5 rounds total. Honestly one of the best interview experiences I've had. They even called me personally to let me know I wasn't moving forward, which I appreciated. By the time of the interviews, it was pretty clear to me why I wasn't a good fit, and that's okay. The goal is for both sides to see if it's a good match. If my career path ever leads me to a role where I think I'd excel at Entelo, I'd love to reapply. The managers were insightful and the company seems to really care about employee development.

The whole interview process lasted about 4 weeks. I know that might sound long, but honestly, it was a really good experience, and it makes sense why the team is so great. Everything was super organized, and I actually enjoyed every step. The recruiter was always accurate about what to expect in the next round whenever she called. The job itself is exactly what the SDR manager said it would be. They were really upfront and honest the whole way through.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • I was at the office for just over two hours for the in-person interview, which included four separate rounds.
  • Each round had a distinct focus and different questions, conducted with various team members.
  • It was a nice change to have each interviewer ask unique questions, rather than the same ones repeatedly.
