We had a 30 min phone interview. The interviewer was nice and friendly but I got a reject 1 day later. She said the whole process should be a phone interview, a takehome project and an on-site one.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online and got a recruiter phone screen, which was standard and easy. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. He seemed distracted and unorganized, and didn’t really seem interested in what I had to say. But I moved on to the next round anyway. I got 4 Teams invites for several separate interviews and tests that would have taken 3 hours, and apparently there would have been at least one more hour long interview after that. I couldn’t afford to take that much time off of work and I didn’t feel this was going to be a good fit. Based on other reviews, the lengthy interview process seems common. I’m sure internally someone decided this would result in making better hires, but I think they have a lot of good candidates drop out and they are left with people who don’t have many other options or are just out of college. I wouldn’t recommend applying here unless you really need a job and have 8+ hours of time to invest in interviewing.

Case Coding

The interview process has two parts: an on-campus case interview, followed by an on-site superday. The employees were really nice and made the environment feel very welcoming. The case interview covered business analysis, statistical regression, and coding skills. These same skills were evaluated again, but in a more in-depth way, during the superday. The case interview was a bit unclear because there wasn't enough time or the right tools to get a precise answer, but the main thing they wanted to see was the thought process.
