My experience interviewing at Enova was really good! The HR folks were super professional, friendly, and really helpful with anything I needed. I found Enova Financial online and applied, and they got back to me in a couple of weeks. The HR rep I spoke with was professional and gave me a lot of info. We set up a phone interview for a week later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long, and they asked good, clear questions, not the usual vague stuff. At the end, they invited me for an on-site interview with 4 people. I had to go out of the country for 3 weeks right after, so I asked if they could do the on-site interview the next day. The HR rep said she'd try to check everyone's calendars. Amazingly, she called me back within an hour and said she could schedule it for the next day! So, I had my on-site interview the day after the phone screen. I drove from Michigan to Chicago for it. I had one-on-one interviews with 4 different department managers, each lasting about 30-40 minutes. They provided free parking and clear instructions for the day. The interviewers came to me in a room. They focused on my understanding of concepts and my thinking skills, not just memorized definitions. They were helpful if I missed something and never made me feel bad about my answers or ideas. I really enjoyed the whole process. The next day, I got an offer from Enova, which I accepted over another offer. I'm still happy with my choice and have the same good feeling now that I did after the interview.

The first interview was an on-campus one right after the career fair, lasting 45 minutes. It included questions created by the company focusing on statistics, basic business knowledge, and fundamental programming skills in SQL and a statistical language of my choice. The second interview was an on-site, five-hour session with four interviewers. It was highly technical, featuring more company-designed question sets heavily tied to their business, including one round involving data set analysis.

I interviewed for an analytics role back in November. It started with a basic HR phone screen. Then, I had two phone interviews with the analytics team, where they asked a lot of case questions and went through my resume. The final stage was an onsite interview with four people from analytics, which also involved more case questions and some brain teasers. The interviews were tough but fair. I didn't get an offer though.
