You'll need to show a demo class and then get some feedback via email. After that, you'll submit photos and a video. The whole process is online, so no need to go to the company or meet anyone in person.

The interview process lasts for about 15 minutes and is divided into three parts. First, you'll introduce yourself and answer questions about how you found out about the company, your motivation for applying, and any relevant experience you have. Second, the interviewer will describe what the classes are like and ask you hypothetical questions about how you'd handle simple queries from students, like explaining a word. Lastly, there's a short grammar test with tasks such as finishing sentences, filling in blanks, or selecting the right phrase. You'll get immediate feedback on whether you passed this initial stage. If you don't pass, you can reapply in about 2 weeks; if it's a second attempt, you might need to wait around 3 months. Passing this stage leads to scheduling an orientation/demo class day, which is about 3 hours long. The first hour is an orientation via conference call with other prospective teachers, where you'll receive training on how to conduct lessons. Then, you'll teach two 15-minute demo classes. Immediately after the second demo class, you'll receive feedback on both and be told if you've passed. If you don't pass, you get one more chance to repeat the process. If you do pass, the final hour is another conference call with those who passed, covering details about further training, contract documentation, and payment. Once these are completed, you're typically ready to start teaching within 10-15 days after passing this second part. Good luck! :)

I sent in my application online and they got back to me in about two days to set up a Skype interview whenever was good for me. The first interview was about talking about myself, my education, and my work history. Then, I had another interview where I had to take a test with 15 multiple choice questions. You needed at least 12 right answers to move on. The test was super easy and took only 5 minutes. After that, I had to do a demo lesson following the company's guidelines, which lasted about 15 minutes. If you pass the demo, you're hired.
