I had my interview during a speed dating event organized by our IUT. It was a single stage that lasted about 30 minutes. It was nice and the questions were easy to answer.

The interview started with a call, and the interview itself was great. I felt comfortable, they were attentive and listened well. They immediately proposed training. The interview lasted about forty-five minutes, all in a good atmosphere and with good listening. I was put at ease right away. I responded positively after this interview.

It seemed quite productive. They analyze the candidates' behavior a lot, which seems good because sometimes we graduate and end up working in other areas that require our training but are outside the lab. Anyway, I've worked in a lab before and all the procedures are ready. The starting salary doesn't seem very attractive, but it can increase within the company. It's a company that invests in its employees through benefits; in fact, many other companies should look up to this one. Negative point: a knowledge test without a prior announcement, people are evaluated at different times (whoever is evaluated last prepares more), and employees find out about the vacancy and tell their friends (which helps them prepare for the tests). This last point disqualifies those who might actually perform better.
