I applied through an agency and the interview process started late. One of the interviewers was talking down to a staff member while I was waiting. I was walked past multiple times without any introduction or apology. They hadn't prepared at all, didn't explain the role, contract, or who I'd report to, and clearly hadn't read my CV. The questions they asked were basic things you could find on Google. The room was cramped and uncomfortable, making it hard to avoid hitting a shelf. It was very de-motivating and I felt like I was just a 40-minute inconvenience to their day.
